Describe the incidents in terms of the types of conflicts discussed in the chapter and the approaches to negotiation that were used. Were the requirements of project negotiation followed? Would the points of principled negotiation have helped?

As your project progresses, record the negotiation process that group members encounter throughout the term of the project. Consider both negotiations between members of the team as well as negotiations with outsiders, such as for resources, information, or even time. Make note if the principles of good negotiation were used and how the outcome evolved. Was it a "win-win" process or not? At what point in the project life cycle did each issue arise?
