System engineering is responsible for ensuring that engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance personnel participate in system-level reviews as appropriate. System engineering is responsible for establishing the time, place, and agenda for each system-level review. Additionally, system engineering is responsible for facilitating the review process by

■ Scheduling reviews in coordination with the project schedule and the availability of necessary information

■ Publishing the review agenda

■ Reserving conference rooms

■ Recording, publishing, and distributing meeting minutes and action items Task-level reviews

Task level reviews address project work at the task level, e.g., individual team member tasks such as a testing procedure, equipment application and software tool.
