Role of the program administratorplanner

The role of the program planner in the PMO is to promote consistent best practice in ID program management. The administrator/planner provides administrative support to program managers and departments with scheduling, resource planning, and reporting service, and prepares analyses of resource impacts to identify and resolve conflicts. In addition, the program administrator/planner prepares program management guidelines, provides training, develops program evaluation metrics, and maintains individual program schedules for the Director of Product Development and/or program managers.
