Lessons Learned Register D

This is an expanding document in which the project manager records all the lessons learned during the project. These are situations or decisions that accelerate or hamper the project. It is recommended that the divisions of the Lessons Report (D9) are used when preparing the layout of the log. Suppose that the Lessons Report is subdivided into the focal areas of project management, requirements and realization. With the lessons learned shown in the log, you would indicate whether a specific lesson learned relates to project management, requirements or realization.
