This building block shows the versions of a document and the most important changes in successive versions. In 'Revision History' the 'status' field provides the opportunity to indicate the stages that the document has passed through:

• concept (under control of author);

• proposal (submitted for review);

• accepted (by project or programme manager);

• approved (see the Approval list in this building block).

The middle block provides space for the formal signing and the bottom block shows which officials have received this document — in addition to the formal signatories.
