Element Project Snapshot Form

A snapshot (see Figure 9.1-4) is a high-level form that attempts to capture the status of a project at a moment in time. This one-page format contains much of the information necessary to make fast assessments of projects. It is probably our most referenced form at all levels of the organization. It provides the basic information of the project, including name, type, business and technical objectives (high level), and spending in the left column. Financial benefits are captured in the center column. The right column contains program status, issues, short-term commitment information, and team composition.
