Updating the Project Documents

The last output of this process is project document updates. When you're in the midst of defining deliverables, you'll often find that changes to the original project objectives, requirements, or stakeholder register will occur. This may require updates to the stakeholder register, the requirements documentation, and requirements traceability matrix. Changes to scope may occur later in the project. When the changes are approved, you'll need to update the scope statement and notify stakeholders that changes have been made.
