Change impacts analyses can be used to anticipate the impacts of a given change on a wide variety of project outcomes, and sensitivity analysis can be used to identify major impacts of single variables. An integrated change impact analysis looks at cost, schedule, quality, team performance, customer requirements, and general business impacts.
Change control documentation must include:

■ Description and reason for the change
■ Change coordination/authorization
■ Risk assessment
