Onsite Projects

Working on an on-site project implies that the project manager has to arrange for office space, logistics, and travel arrangements: This includes such items as parking, entry permits, and workstations. Very often, the client does not have sufficient infrastructure to fully support a project and expects the appointed project manager to arrange and finalize these matters. In this case the project manager will need to finalize these arrangements as quickly as possible and will need to communicate these requirements in advance to the administration manager at this site.
