There are several tools and techniques that the project team can employ to respond to risks. Each risk should be evaluated to determine which category of risk response is most appropriate. When a category has been selected, the response must then be devel oped, refined, documented, and readied for use, if needed. In addition, secondary responses may be selected for each risk.
