The main output of the Identify Stakeholders process is the stakeholder register, which includes all details related to the identified stakeholders:
• Identification information: Name, organizational position, role in the project, contact information;
• Assessment information: Major requirements, main expectations, and potential influence in the project, and
• Stakeholder classification: Internal/ex terna i, supporter/neutral/resistor, etc.
Some of the information related to a certain stakeholder could be too sensitive to be included in the register, which is a public document. The project manager must exercise judgment with regard to the type of information and the level of detail to be included in the stakeholder register.
