Elements of the project management plan that may be updated include but are not limited to:
• Schedule baseline. Changes to the schedule baseline are incorporated in response to approved change requests (Section 22.214.171.124) related to project scope changes, activity resources, or activity duration estimates. The original schedule baseline is saved before creating the new schedule baseline to prevent the loss of historical data for the project schedule.
• Schedule management plan. The schedule management plan (Chapter 6 introductory material) component of the project management plan (Section 126.96.36.199) may be updated to reflect any approved changes resulting from the Schedule Control process, and how the project schedule will be managed.
• Scope baseline. The scope baseline may be updated to reflect changes to resources.
• Cost baseline. The cost baseline may be updated to reflect changes caused by compression or crashing techniques.
