The activity list is a comprehensive list including all schedule activities that are planned to be performed on the project. The activity list includes the activity identifier and a scope of work description for each schedule activity in sufficient detail to ensure that project team members understand what work is required to be completed. The activity's scope of work can be in physical terms, such as linear feet of pipe to be installed, designated placement of concrete, number of drawings, lines of computer program code, or in conceptual terms such as a design or chapters in a book.
