2. Clients are always reluctant to get too involved in planning. What might you do to sell them on the idea that their full involvement in APF is needed for this effort to succeed?
3. Referring to the case study in the Introduction, how might you define the version scope if you were to use APF instead of TPM? Be careful to differentiate between functions and features that you know will be in the final solution versus those that would be nice to have.
